Jolanta Wodzinska, PhD

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER

Organic chemist and pharmaceutical R&D leader with deep experience in drug discovery, lipid chemistry and complex molecule development. Jolanta leads scientific strategy and advanced lipid programs at APS.

Tony Thomas, PhD

DIRECTOR, PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Process chemist with more than 20 years of experience in route design, optimization and scale-up across multiple therapeutic areas. Tony leads process development and manufacturing readiness.

Analytical chemist specializing in chromatographic method development, impurity profiling and advanced characterization. Daria supports method development and analytical strategy across APS programs.
