WORKING AT APS

A small team. Meaningful scientific work.

APS brings together synthetic chemistry, analytical science, process development, engineering and quality. Our teams work closely across disciplines, with decisions made near the science rather than through layers of hand-offs.
We value people who ask good questions, communicate clearly and care about turning strong scientific work into practical development outcomes.
Because APS is growing, new team members have the opportunity to shape how our capabilities, systems and ways of working develop.

How we like to work

Collaborative Science

Chemistry, analytics, engineering and quality work together around the same problem.

Curiosity

Ask why, challenge assumptions and keep learning from the data.

Scientific Rigor

Careful experiments, clear records and thoughtful review support better decisions.

Practical Impact

Turn scientific understanding into processes and solutions that can move forward.
